I am a Dungeon Master. I create games and situations for role players of TSR's AD&D. I have written my own world, though pending completion. I have oodles of NPC's from which to draw on for role-playing situations. But, when it comes to computers, I love the fantasy images.
Below is a section for my Game world for TSR. I have revamped certain pieces of the game for better playability, such as the magic system. Later, as time permits, I will publish parts of my gameworld, Argos.
I also run other game systems, such as Palladium's Rifts and TMNT. Rifts is alright..it's got some cool concepts. My only criticism is its mechanics. It is waaay too easy to get lost in the numbers. But, it can be great for toe-to-toe action packed role-playing sessions.
Lately, I've begun playing in White Wolf's Vampire game. A friend of mine is the Storyteller...it's fun. The system is flexible and not quite as numbers intensive.
I've also been running White Wolf games, Vampire mostly. I really like most of the game, though some of those who write the comments to the Storyteller in the various books could learn a dose of humility. Too many people play either a politics-only or a bloodfest-only style. Me, I try to mix in both...allow the players AND the NPCs to have a choice in what tactics they wish to use. Each has its own drawbacks and strengths.
